The programme
of talks is available now online !
The Registration Office, located
in Sala de
Juntas, will be open on Monday June 19th since
4 pm till 8 pm for those participants arriving early
to Madrid.
A welcome party for all participants will be held on Tuesday June 20th
after the talks on the campus green, close to the RECTORADO
building (number 1 on the campus map).
Lunch tickets can be used at the self-service restaurants
of PABELLON B
service building (Number 14 on campus map) and in the
cafeteria of the Science building (number 5)
There are two banks on campus with ATMs from
where you can withdraw cash with any major credit card.
An excursion to the town of El Escorial with
a visit to its famous Royal Monastery after a typical lunch in a
restaurant, will be organized on saturday, June 24th,
right after the end of the meeting.
Wireless Internet connection will be available in and around the
conference room. In addition, several computers with
internet connection will be available in the Sala de
Juntas.
The registration Fees (150 euros) includes the welcome
reception, coffee breaks, lunch in several campus restaurants and
self-services, the official dinner and
the excursion on saturday
afternoon and a copy of the conference proceedings.
